If you're not receiving CleanCo notifications at all, or receiving them too often, manage them from your iPhone: Settings → Notifications → CleanCo.
From this menu you can turn notifications fully on or off and change how they appear. If you're not receiving a notification you expect, make sure notifications are on and that Do Not Disturb is off.
