The first scan can take a few minutes depending on the size of your gallery; this is normal. If the
scan takes longer than expected or gets stuck at some point:
1. Install the latest version of CleanCo from the App Store — performance improvements
often come with updates.
2. Fully close and reopen the app, then restart the scan.
3. Make sure your device has enough free space and a stable internet connection.
