You can download CleanCo for free and use the core cleaning tools — Similar Photos, Duplicates, Screenshots, and Contacts. In the free version you can clean up to a daily limit of items; the current limit is shown in the app and resets each day.
Video compression is a Premium feature and is not available in the free version, independently of the daily cleaning limit.
