Because CleanCo subscriptions are purchased through the App Store, refunds are handled by
Apple. You need to submit the refund request directly to Apple:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Find your CleanCo purchase and follow the “Report a Problem” steps to request a refund.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's review. If you cancel during the trial period, you are not
charged at all. If you get stuck anywhere in the process, you can contact us at
