Photos and videos you delete with CleanCo are not gone instantly — they're moved to the Recently Deleted album in your iPhone's Photos app.
You can restore anything you deleted by mistake from that album. iOS automatically and permanently removes items in Recently Deleted after about 30 days, so you have roughly a month to recover an item before it's gone for good.
